​Light Em Up (toast/sandwich) 

For Your Health 
{ Veganize: sub butter with Hummus } 

–>Bread of choice (I like seedy and nutty, like myself 😂) 

–> 2 fresh green onions; chopped
–> 2 fresh cloves garlic;  grated or pressed
–> 1 fresh knob ginger  (about 1/2 inch) fresh grated
–> 1/2 – 1 tablespoon fresh chopped rosemary

–> 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
–> ~1 teaspoon caraway seeds
–> ~ 1 teaspoon cumin
–> 1 (+ to taste ) teaspoon dried oregano 

(mix all grnd ingredients in mortar and pestle, grind. )

Add ground ingredients with fresh chopped, grated ingredients, mix.

Toast two pieces of bread, butter (or hummus) spread mix over toast open face or make sandwich.
